BLOQUES CON LA VENTANA SINUSAL

Hola cirujanos apasionados, eso es un caso de la maxilla atrofica. Use ambas ventanas sinusales para reconstrucion con la tecnica Khoury. Despues 4 meses sigue colocacion des implantes y elevacion de seno (abordaje coronal) con la Fresas Densah. Bloque de la ventana sinusal es mas facil hacer y causa muy poca morbilidad en el sitio donanate.

Esta tecnica de ventana sinusal necesita mas estudios.

Dear skilled Guillermo, thank you for your comment. If I do remember correctly :) there was not enough bone from the tuberosity,and u know how that bone is full of fat..looking now on the amount of the bone collected, bone scraping from the retromolar area was included. I will share, for sure...and u keep doing that too.. I hope u love Croatia as much as I love Spain..
