Implant in xenograft / Loading after 3 months
This is a nice case where i noticed a quick ossification of a xenograft that was grafted in the socket & nbsp;and all buccal defect of 14 . After 10 weeks a successfull attempt was made to insert an implant in the sute 14 . Although the primary stability was very low because the implant was about 80 in immature xenograft and the xenograft was protruding outside the defect during implant insertion ,i notices that the bonefrom the buccal & nbsp;became very dense after 3 months . A decision was made to load the implant . Im not sure but i think that the compressive force from the implant and the tensile strength inside the graft itself speeded the maturation of the graft . Anyway i liked this case though it is simple& nbsp;

It took me today to upload the video more time than the surgery itself :)) . And still not downloading . I think the video format is the problem . And you are right dear dr about better drilling in bone which I did but minimally . Thanks for your comment and have a nice week :)

Thanks for sharing, and your explanation. in my humble opinion an importan issue is to drill the bone, that promotes oseoformation, due to the release of bmps, and grow factors.
